For best availability, particularly during our busy season from May through September, we advise securing your reservation 2–3 weeks ahead. For business gatherings or unique personal celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks in advance offers ample time for personalization and ensures broader availability.
What's the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Our foremost concern is safety. In the instance of adverse conditions that our captain judges are not suitable for sailing, we'll propose a different available date to reschedule, or a complete refund will be issued. Weather forecasts are scrutinized carefully, and we'll get in touch with you 24 hours prior to your set sail if the weather raises concerns.
Am I allowed to bring snacks and drinks of my own?
Certainly, guests may bring personal food and drink choices. Nonetheless, we do offer a variety of excellent culinary services, and we can tailor a menu to suit your tastes. Keep in mind, for safety we do not allow glassware aboard.

Can you explain your cancellation terms?
If a cancellation is made 72 hours or more before the scheduled departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within the 24-hour period prior to departure are non-refundable, with weather-related exceptions and mechanical failures being the responsibility of our company.
