3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide valid and complete details
• Submit the necessary deposit as outlined in the booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is only secured once we receive the payment and provide you with our written confirmation. We have the authority to decline service as we see appropriate.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is contingent on the yacht's accessibility and conducive weather. We'll endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and itineraries.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All costs are stated in £ and are inclusive of taxes, unless mentioned otherwise. Prices could change without prior announcement.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: Half the price of the charter payable at the time of booking
• Full balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter's start
• Extra charges (as applicable): Due at charter's end

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept several forms of payment including major credit cards, wire transfers, and bank-certified cheques. Payments are processed using safe, encrypted technology.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund less administrative fees
• 24-72 hours before departure: Half the total cost is refunded
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case the captain considers the weather unsafe, options offered include:

• Reschedule the charter for another available date with no extra charge
• Provide a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical failures with the designated yacht, we will strive to arrange an acceptable substitute. If none is available, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers must:

• Adhere to all instructions from the crew
• Use safety gear when it’s required
• Disclose medical conditions that might affect their security
• Stay within approved sections of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are forbidden onboard:

• Glassware
• Illegal items
• Weapons
• Excessive amounts of beverages
• Animals (unless arranged in advance)

6.3 Conduct

We demand courteous behavior from passengers. Should conduct jeopardize safety or disrupt others, we may cut short the charter and no refund will be offered.

Our accountability is restricted to the sum paid for your charter and does not cover:

• Injuries due to passenger negligence
• Property loss or damage
• Indirect, special, or punitive damages
• Delays from weather or events beyond our authority

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We keep comprehensive insurance for our yachts and business activities. Passengers should arrange their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services signifies acknowledgment of the inherent risks of maritime activities and acceptance of personal responsibility for safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the prerogative to adjust itineraries, routes, or timetables due to weather, security necessities, or service needs. We aim to provide equivalent alternatives if necessary.

9. Force Majeure

We won't be held accountable for disruptions, cancellations, or changes stemming from forces beyond our command, such as but not limited to:

• Extreme weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government mandates
• Harbor shutdowns
• Yacht malfunctions
