4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All costs are stated in £ and are inclusive of taxes, unless mentioned otherwise. Prices could change without prior announcement.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Half the price of the charter payable at the time of booking
  • Full balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter's start
  • Extra charges (as applicable): Due at charter's end

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept several forms of payment including major credit cards, wire transfers, and bank-certified cheques. Payments are processed using safe, encrypted technology.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund less administrative fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Half the total cost is refunded
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case the captain considers the weather unsafe, options offered include:

  • Reschedule the charter for another available date with no extra charge
  • Provide a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical failures with the designated yacht, we will strive to arrange an acceptable substitute. If none is available, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

Passengers must:
